郝东艳，女，汉族，陕西榆林人，中国共产党党员，讲师。2020年12月毕业于陕西科技大学，获博士学位，2021年5月到商洛学院化学工程与现代材料学院任教。任职期间主要讲授《无化学》《无机化学实验》、《精细化学品化学》、《精细化学品化学课程设计》等课程。

主要从事高分子材料化学的研究及精细化学品的合成及应用，以核心成员身份参与国家重点研发计划项目，项目编号2017YFB0308502，731万元；国家自然科学基金青年项目，项目编号21808134，26万；国家自然科学基金面上项目，项目编号21776169；主持商洛学院博士启动金一项。在Journal of hazardous materials、JALCA、精细化学品、皮革科学与工程、应用化工等发表论文10余篇，获得授权发明专利3件。获批了教育教学改革项目2项，获得“校级优秀毕业论文指导教师”。
